Hello, I am Vin or Neptune an art student studying to become an illustrator. I do fan works, original work, commissions, table at art events, and galleries. I’ve won 2 awards, and tabled at Orlando Zine fest. I hope to work with you in the future or see you at a future market!

- Anything I’m uncomfortable withAll payments go through PayPal, and cash app. All payments are in USD. No refunds after flats have been laid. Half payment upfront, the other half upon completion.Character designs start at $150 as a base, any add-ons will be added to the final price. Please provide references/inspo boards for character designs.All pieces start with a simple color background, other backgrounds are an additional $20 to $40 depending on complexity. Additional characters is a 50% up charge from the original price.If a piece is time sensitive I need at least a 2 month notice.
